पुणे, दि. ३़१ : कोरोना प्रतिबंधक लस अधिकाधिक संख्येत उपलब्ध करून देण्याचा राज्य सरकार सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न करत असून राज्यातील प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिकाला लस देण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार कटीबध्द आहे. पुणे जिल्हा लसीकरणात आघाडीवर आहे, असे सांगतानाच पुणे शहरातील हडपसर परिसरात सुरू करण्यात आलेले 'ड्राईव्ह इन व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर' ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, दिव्यांग नागरिकांसाठी सुलभ सेवा देणारे ठरेल, असा विश्वास उपमुख्यमंत्री तथा पुण्याचे पालकमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी आज व्यक्त केला. राज्यासह पुणे शहरातील कोरोनाबाधितांची संख्या कमी होत आहे, ही समाधानाची बाब असली तरी संभाव्य तिसऱ्या लाटेचा धोका लक्षात घेत खबरदारी घेण्याची गरज असल्याचेही त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले.

हडपसर येथे पहिल्या 'ड्राईव्ह इन व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर'चे उद्घाटन उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी मंत्रालयातील उपमुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाच्या समिती सभागृहातून ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने केले. त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते. या कार्यक्रमाला खासदार वंदना चव्हाण (व्हीसीद्वारे), खासदार डॉ.अमोल कोल्हे (व्हीसीद्वारे), आमदार चेतन तुपे, मनपा आयुक्त विक्रमकुमार, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रुबल अग्रवाल आदी उपस्थित होते.

पुण्यश्लोक राजमाता अहिल्यादेवी होळकर यांच्या जयंतीनिमित्त त्यांच्या कार्याचे, विचारांचे स्मरण करुन त्यांना कृतज्ञतापूर्वक वंदन करून उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यावेळी म्हणाले की, कोरोना संकटावर मात करण्यासाठी डॉक्टर, नर्सेस आदींसह राज्याची आरोग्य यंत्रणा सर्वशक्तिनिशी लढत आहे. कोरोनाला हरविण्यासाठी राज्यातील प्रत्येक नागरिकाला लस देण्यासाठी शासन सातत्याने प्रयत्नशील आहे. परदेशातून लस खरेदी करण्याचीही शासनाची तयारी आहे. लस उत्पादक 'भारत बायोटेक'च्या प्लॅन्टसाठी पुण्यात तातडीने जागा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली असून येथेही लवकरच लसीचे उत्पादन सुरू होईल, या माध्यमातून कोरोना प्रतिबंधक लसीकरण वेगाने पूर्ण करण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाचा प्रयत्न असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

पुणे शहरातील हडपसर येथे सुरू करण्यात आलेले 'ड्राईव्ह इन व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर'च्या माध्यमातून ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, दिव्यांग नागरिकांसाठी चांगल्या दर्जाची सेवा उपलब्ध झाली आहे. कोरोनाच्या दुसऱ्या लाटेचा आपण यशस्वीपणे सामना करतो आहोत, संभाव्य तिसऱ्या लाटेचा धोका लक्षात घेत कोणत्याही परिस्थिती बेसावध राहून चालणार नाही, राज्य शासनानेही तिसऱ्या लाटेचा धोका लक्षात घेत बालरोग तज्ज्ञांचाही टास्क फोर्स तयार केला आहे. पावसाळ्यात कोरोना सोबत इतर संगर्सजन्य आजार वाढणार नाहीत, याबाबतही दक्ष राहण्याच्या सूचना देत आपण सर्वांनी एकजुटीने कोरोना संकटाचा सामना करायचा आहे. कोरोनाला हरविण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शक सूचनांचे नागरिकांनी काटेकोरपणे पालन करण्याचे आवाहन उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी केले.

खासदार वंदना चव्हाण म्हणाल्या, पुण्यात कोरोना संसर्गाचा प्रादुर्भाव मोठया प्रमाणात वाढला होता, प्रशासनाच्या प्रयत्नातून प्रादुर्भाव कमी होत असून ही समाधानाची बाब आहे. लसीकरण सुलभरित्या होणे ही काळाची गरज आहे, अशा सेंटरच्या माध्यमातून लसीकरण सुलभ होईल, असा विश्वास त्यांनी व्यक्त केला.

आमदार चेतन तुपे म्हणाले, पुणे शहरातील 'ड्राईव्ह इन व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर' ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, दिव्यांग नागरिकांसाठी सेवा देण्यास महत्त्वपूर्ण ठरेल. महानगरपालिकेच्या मोठ्या शाळेमध्ये अशा पद्धतीने सोय केली तर लसीकरणात सुलभता येईल. 'ड्राईव्ह इन व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर'च्या माध्यमातून लसीकरणात दर्जेदार सेवा देण्यावर भर असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. या कार्यक्रमाला नगरसेवक, स्थानिक नागरिक, विविध संस्थांचे पदाधिकारी, अधिकारी ऑनलाईन, ऑफलाईन पध्दतीने उपस्थित होते.
